Use your viewfinder to find a view of the still life that you like. Take a picture of it for your weebly and to help you set it back up for the next day. Begin by drawing what you see in your viewfinder with a pencil - create a contour or a gesture drawing of your view. Continue to add details with your pencils and darken your lines only when you know they are right.
Start to add value with vine charcoal. Work in the medium and light values. Use compressed charcoal to add in the darkest value and the darker values.
Turn in to have sprayed with fixative. Take a picture and create a weebly page.
